LOTTO MAX is a Canadian lottery game coordinated by the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation. Introduced on September 19, 2009, replacing Lotto Super 7. Draws held on Friday nights. Jackpot starts at $10 million and can reach $60 million with MaxMillions prizes.
LOTTO 649 launched on June 12, 1982, first nationwide Canadian lottery allowing players to choose numbers. Draws every Wednesday and Saturday. Largest jackpot $64 million (Oct 2015).
WESTERN MAX & WESTERN 649 are available in Prairie Provinces and Territories. Western Max draws every Friday, Western 649 draws Wednesday and Saturday.
